The brief for this project required the expansion of existing printing factory into adjacent existing buildings.

• Original Factory – No 2-6 George Young Street

• Expansion to No 8 and No 10 in 2015-6 Including new bridge and conveyor belt connecting No 2-6 with No 8.

• Expansion into 391 Park Road (Block M in adjacent Dexus estate) in 2019 including construction of new ramp and waste extraction plant.

• Ongoing alterations to internal fitout of factory and office spaces to present
