This site was previously occupied by a Coles supermarket and is located on a steeply sloping site over several levels. Coles vacated this site and relocated to the new “Canopy” Development at the northern end of the Lane Cove Town Centre in 2020.

The project originally provided a large Council carpark at lower levels but with had difficult access. The building was upgraded and reconfigured to introduce a New Harris Farm Market at upper ground level along with new supporting specialty retail including medical and commercial uses on an expanded and repurposed lower ground level. It also now provides new vertical transportation linking the existing Council carpark at the lower levels through the development to the main thoroughfare on Burns Bay Road. Importantly, the external façade received a complete transformation along with a newly upgraded internal fitout and décor.
