This site was previously occupied by a Bunnings Warehouse. Bunnings has since vacated and relocated to the adjacent site.
The new owner of the site sought to repurpose the existing building with an interim development for the next 10-15 years.
Christiansen O’Brien worked with Steven Krulis Real Estate to compile potential uses to repurpose the existing site and building. Uses were tested by leasing/market research to test viability.
Several Concept options were developed for Bulky Goods uses in combination with potential medical, childcare, Gym and fitness uses.
