Christiansen O’Brien were requested to prepare concept plans for the potential use of the combined site for the purposes of establishing the potential purchase of the site.

The site is zoned B6. It is adjacent to an existing railway, is crossed by major electrical transmission lines and is constrained by numerous easements.

The proposal sought to maximise the site with uses that could integrate the use of land encumbered by the existing easements and site levels. The proposal resulted in a potential development of some 20,000m2.
