This planning proposal rezoned industrial and recreational land use for a proposed mixed use Town Centre site. The site constraints included, environmentally sensitive flora and fauna, bushfire risk (and setbacks), proximity to sewer station and site slope.
The concept centered on Residential subdivision, a Neighbourhood shopping centre design for current and future population catchment (future expansion), Town Square and Village Green, Medical and Childcare centres and a Convenience Service Station
The proposed masterplan and rezoning proposal gained support from Central Council on merit and was rezoned in 2021.
