This proposal for the redevelopment of an existing building at the Entertainment Quarter formed part of a larger Masterplan COB was engaged to work on at the site centred around the show ring. The proposal explores the opportunities of retrofitting an existing cinema building with a permanent market place, integrating external seating and new through site links.

The proposal looked to create permeability in the site, encouraging the movement of people from the car park facility through to larger retail centre of the EQ.
