Mixed use retail/ residential development as part of the Lindfield local centre. The proposal forms part of a larger masterplan for Lindfield involving the closing and relocating of a public lane way. The development proposal includes a 4000m² Coles Supermarket, 200m² Liquorland and 70 residential apartments on top of the commercial podium.
