Homebush required a planning proposal for the redevelopment of an existing industrial site. The masterplan navigates complex existing site conditions including an adjacent motor way, and an existing major water easement that runs through the site.

The proposal seeks to use open green space to re-integrate and revitalise the natural watercourse. Additionally the proposal taps into the existing market infrastructure of the Sydney markets to develop a new 7 day market place.
